Level 1 Beginner Class (L1) For complete beginners and kids who have little confidence or experience in the water. Kids in this level will be taught fundamental water skills: Submerging, floating, gliding and kicking.
Level 2 Beginner Class (L2) For kids who can swim up to 3m. Kids will learn basic skills of freestyle and backstroke, including body position, kicking and stroke technique.
Level 3 Beginner Class (L3) Kids MUST be able to swim at least 10m either freestyle or backstroke. They will continue to develop endurance and stroke technique on freestyle and backstroke. Basic breaststroke kick and diving skills will be introduced in this level.
Level 4 Improver Class (L4) Kids MUST be able to swim at least 25m either freestyle or backstroke. Once the kids are able to swim with good technique in freestyle and backstroke, they will be introduced to breaststroke and butterfly. Standing dive and somersault will be taught in this level.
Level 5 Advance Class (L5) Kids MUST be able to swim 50m in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. Once the kids are able to swim with good technique in freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke, they will be taught butterfly, starts and turns.
Asia Pacific Soccer Schools
Asia Pacific Soccer Schools (the programme was formally known as Brazilian Soccer Schools) offer professional soccer coaching to children aged 5-14 years old. Our classes are open to all level of players from beginners to advanced students, boys and girls.
Each session involves a warm up, basic skills, drill training (e.g. passing, beating players, shooting) and finishes with a small sided games. We also have squads with teams that compete in the Hong Kong Junior Football League as well as other regional, local and elite tournaments.
Asia Pacific Soccer Schools also has an association with the Asia Pacific Football Academy whereby players nominated by us are able to potentially receive scholarships to train and study at their academy in New Zealand.
Brazilian Football Academy
Brazilian Football Academy is a Brazilian academy dedicated to developing soccer schools and teams for boys and girls that engage in various tournaments and friendly matches around Hong Kong and overseas. Technical, tactical and physical training for all skill levels will be provided. Training will include our Brazilian foundation, such as passing, dribbling, one-on-one in small-sided games, shooting and goalie training.
Kinder Kicks (the programme was formally known as Socatots) is a course for toddlers from walking to 4 years old. Our professional coaches give age-specific classes where the emphasis is on learning skills while having fun! Sessions involve games with lots of fun equipment where the basics of kicking, passing and shooting are taught.
When they reach the 4 year-old classes, students are introduced to mini game situations before moving to our Asia Pacific Soccer Schools program at 5 years old. All the activities are designed to improve a young child's co-ordination while they (and their parents!) have fun.
Tinytots is a sports coaching company specialising in physical activity programmes for 18 months to 5 year old kids. These programmes allow your children to be active and interact with their peers in a fun environment which in turn builds confidence and self-esteem. While the kids are participating in these fun-filled games, they will be improving their coordination, balance, speed, spatial awareness and listening skills, all of which will be valuable skills to take with them throughout life.
Sports Climbing is an excellent exercise to build up muscle endurance, analytical thinking and confidence. This course provides children with an opportunity to experience this sport in an enjoyable and safe environment.
This course is designed for children who want to further develop and improve their climbing techniques and skills. Students in this class have opportunity to compete in open climbing competitions.
Students who completed the Beginner Class successfully with Coach's endorsement.
