Fun, Skill-Building Tennis for Ages 4+
Our tennis program is designed to help children develop a love for the game while building strong fundamentals, coordination, and confidence. Classes are grouped by age and ability, using age-appropriate equipment and court sizes to ensure success and enjoyment at every stage.
Red Ball (Ages 4–6)
- Red Ball 2 – Introductory (Ages 4–5)
Perfect for beginners! Kids learn basic movement, forehand/backhand strokes, and overarm throws in a fun, supportive setting. - Red Ball 1 – Development (Ages 4–6)
Builds on Red Ball 2 with improved coordination, catching, and stroke technique. Players begin to understand volleys and movement patterns.
Orange Ball (Ages 7–9)
- Orange Ball 2 – Development (Ages 7–8+)
For kids with some tennis experience. Focus on groundstrokes, volleys, serving, and court etiquette. Players begin to rally and learn scoring. - Orange Ball 1 – Development (Ages 7–9)
Players can rally consistently and understand the game. Emphasis on technique, scoring, and full-swing serves. Builds confidence and game awareness.
Green Dot Ball (Ages 8–10+)
- Green Dot Ball 2 – Development & Futures
Transition to full-court play. Players rally, serve into the service box, and develop stronger movement and point play. - Green Dot Ball 1 – Advanced Development
For players ready to compete. Focus on advanced drills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. Players can rally, serve, and score points.
Yellow Ball (Ages 11+)
- Beginner Level
For older kids new to tennis. Covers all basic strokes, movement, scoring, and court etiquette in a supportive environment. - Intermediate to Advanced Level
For players who can rally, serve, and play full games. Focus on technique refinement, tactical play, and preparation for social or tournament-level competition.
